Process optimization analyst

That’s why we’re looking for a Technical Business Engineer who is energized by the manufacturing industry and enjoys making a direct impact with data and automation at our clients.

What will you do?

• Analyze & understand: You dive into our clients’ processes and immediately see where things can be smarter, faster, or better.
• Translate needs into solutions: You speak both the language of the shop floor and management and know exactly what’s required.
• Automate processes: Together with our data consultants, you use our automation software to turn manual processes into smart workflows.
• Guide projects: You are the link between client and technology, ensuring our solutions fit together seamlessly.
• Make it happen! We’re a startup: less talk, more action. You’ll get a lot of freedom and responsibility.

Who are you?

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a similar field.
• You understand how processes work in manufacturing companies and can quickly spot opportunities for improvement.
• You’re hands-on: independent, pragmatic, and not afraid to just get started.
• You enjoy working with data, systems, and technology.
• Ideally, you live in (or near) Eindhoven and enjoy working on-site with clients.
• Since we work closely with Dutch manufacturing companies, it’s important that you are fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
