Daitron, – a global leader in advanced electronic equipment and components – is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing European team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding our business across Europe, driving customer acquisition, and contributing directly to our revenue growth.

We are seeking a self-driven, results-oriented professional with a strong sales background and the ability to work independently while building lasting client relationships.

Our European office is based at the dynamic High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. Still in its startup phase, this office offers a unique opportunity to actively shape and contribute to the growth of our regional operations, while enjoying the support of our global network.


 

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop new business opportunities and grow our client base across Europe.

·       Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our products and solutions.

·       Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

·       Provide basic technical support and equipment setup (training provided).

·       Stay informed about market trends and competitors to spot opportunities.

·       Collaborate with colleagues in Europe and Japan to improve sales strategies.

·       Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or Japanese is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within a related industry.
  • Well-established professional network within relevant sectors.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities and talent for building long-term client relationships.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for driving sales success.
